We believe that in order to give both accurate and quality advice and thus help clients avoid costly mistakes the following approach should be adopted :

  • Conduct an in-depth financial review by listening to your needs and aspirations carefully and understanding your current financial situation in detail before recommending any plans and services.
  • Explain clearly in writing the reason for recommending any particular plan to you, what the plan is designed to do, the commitments it demands from you as well as the benefits it will give you.
  • Provide on-going service to ensure that your plans continue to meet your needs as your circumstances change in the future.
