open simply Click on
"Add Contact".
A dialogue box will open which will invite you to
insert an e-mail address.Simply add the following e-mail address

into the box.
The system will then advise
us that you are
attempting to connect with us.Provided we are on-line
we will then be able
to engage you.
It is advisable to book a time for an online discussion in advance.
Similar procedures exist
with Yahoo Messenger and Skype.
Simply e-mail
us with your request and
specify a date and time that you would like to talk on-line.
