The Multi-Asset Protector Fund invests in a basket of funds and other
assets providing access to assets which don’t tend to perform in
line with each other
such as cash, fixed income, equities, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) which are similar to mutual funds but are traded
on an exchange, and alternatives (e.g.
commodities, absolute return strategies and
structured notes). The basket will invest in award
winning funds from BlackRock,along with
funds from some of the world’s other leading
asset managers and other assets.
It is designed to deliver capital growth whilst reducing volatility and
limiting an investor’s downside risk.
The Fund is aimed at investors who are seeking a reasonable level
of growth to boost their savings without putting their entire
